Innervisions Return and Damage Product Policy

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
You may return most merchandise for a credit (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days of receipt except for personalized items, jewelry, First Communion veils, and special order items. Damaged CD’s may be returned only for replacement of the same CD title. A copy of the original receipt is required.

• You the customer are responsible for originating shipping fee and return shipping fee.

• After 30 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no returns may be made.

• All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise.

• Returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of the date received.

• No collect shipments will be accepted.

• Damage by improper care or handling is NOT returnable.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

• You will receive a replacement of the same item or a substitute if the original item is no longer available.

•  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
